BOOKING IMPLIES THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CASA CAPAZ CARE HOLIDAYS.
Prices, and details, of products and services (and any offers) posted online are subject to change without notice. Offers of any kind may also be subject to certain terms and conditions.
Surcharges
In the event of an increment of taxes and/or fuel surcharge imposed by relevant authorities and airlines subsequent to booking the client will be liable for all additional costs.
Booking
- 25% non-refundable deposit on booking.
- Balance to be paid at least 4 weeks before the holiday date.
- All individuals are responsible for purchasing adequate travel and medical insurance including E111. Casa Capaz will take no responsibility for any medical or extra travel costs incurred by the client. You must declare before you book your holiday any existing medical problem or disability that may require additional assistance.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport. All British Citizens now need a full 10 year United Kingdom Passport for all overseas visits, with remaining 6mths validity is required. If you need to apply for a passport or renew an existing one you must do so well in advance of travel.
Cancellations and refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation charge is a percentage of the total price, these percentages retained by Casa Capaz are as follows:
